What we do

The Allotment Plan “Liccia di Fora” covers an area of 287,750 sq. mt. 19,312 sq. mt. of the overall surface are destined to roads connected to the public development project, while 81,991 sq. mt. are destined to standard allotment plans and public green areas.

The urban layout provides the allocation of a total of 45,519 cubic meters for residential volumes and a total 38,125 cubic meters for residential and tourist hotel volumes.
The area object of intervention is located near the village of San Pasquale in the township of Santa Teresa di Gallura, from where it runs north along a slope descending to the sea, finding a natural outlet- to the north - at the beach of Porto Liscia and - at north- west - in the center of Porto Pozzo.
Named after the river that flows into its waters, the beach of Porto Liscia is the largest in the township of Santa Teresa di Gallura. It is enclosed between the Coluccia peninsula and Isuledda Island which spreads over 8 km of golden sand of granitic origin and is washed by crystal clear water with a shallow sandy sea bottom.
This area is an internationally renowned destination for windsurfers.
Next to the beach there is the pond of Sciumara which, together with the mouth of the river Liscia, hosts a large variety of birds of great naturalistic interest.
The beach provides several dining options and bars, in an extremely high quality environmental context.
At the same time, the area towards Porto Pozzo offers various complementary attractions of high interest.
An important development program promoted by the City Council and structured with public-private agreements, envisages the realization of a tourist marina in the fjord of the "Bay of Ulysses" which will accommodate more than 1,000 vessels of considerable size, important accommodation facilities, tourist services and finally in keeping with the Allotting Plan "Liccia di Fora", an 18-hole golf course.
