We hereby inform you that pursuant Art.13 to the Italian Law Decree No. 196 dated 30 June 2003, containing the personal data subjects Code, the personal data provided by you, or otherwise acquired in the ambit of our business, may be processed for the specific purpose of the Consortium, in strict adherence to the aforementioned law and in respect of the rights and fundamental freedom and dignity, with particular reference to the privacy, personal identity and the right to protect personal data. For treatment of personal data we intend the collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, usage, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancelling and destruction. The ownership of the data is the Liccia di Fora Consortium with registered office in Santa Teresa di Gallura, Località Liccia di Fora snc, Frazione San Pasquale. Interested parties may exercise their rights in compliance with Art. 7 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data by sending written notice to the Liccia di Fora Consortium to which interested parties may also refer for an updated list of the designated Processing Managers. The Liccia di Fora Consortium will provide appropriate feedback to the interested party through its Processing Manager.
