In the township of Santa Teresa di Gallura, close to the village of San Pasquale, amid the incomparable setting offered by the breathtaking views of the islands of Spargi, Spargiotto, Budelli, Razzoli, Santa Maria and La Maddalena, the Allotment Plan “Liccia di Fora”, a plot subdivision plan approved by Local Authorities, is in the process of implementation.
Formed by the owners of land within the perimeter of the Allotment Plan, the aim of the "Liccia di Fora" Consortium (Consortium with external activity) is to stipulate the Urban Planning Regulations required to realize the Allotment Plan, to manage and fulfill them for the implementation of the urban infrastructures and services required by the above described masterplan.
As part of these duties (urban infrastructures and services) the “Liccia di Fora” Consortium is therefore entrusted with the management and care of every common and general issue related to the Associates, in any way connected to the above mentioned urbanization and edification purposes of the area that could influence the success of the operation.
